First thought is under extrusion but you will need to give more details. Printer, slicer, material, temps, speeds etc.
From the picture alone it looks like mayor under extrusion. Maybe the wrong nozzle size selected? Give us some more information about the mode/designl, printer, slicer and basic settings.
