I signed up back on June 2nd, so it’s been about four weeks and I haven’t received a postcard. I see that there is an alternative way of verifying addresses. When it asks for proof of address - utility bill, etc - does that mean a copy of the bill itself or a copy of the addressed envelope? Would a copy of my driver’s license work? Is there anything else I’ll need to do that? It doesn’t tell you anything except one step at a time, so… I just want to be prepared. Thanks.
