Hello everyone,

I am new to the 3D printing world and have a MakerBot replicator mini. attached is a image to help depict my issue. If I am to assist in the homing process it prints fine(aka finds the plate and works), however when the printer is left to find the plate on its own it always passes the build plate and ends up in the crotch of the build plate (thus troughs a homing error as the smart extruder is not depressed), circled in red. as can be seen it has also went to the location circled in green as well. I have just updated with the latest firmware today (1/5/2017) and the problem persists. I am not sure if there is a re-homing procedure that I am unaware of or if there is some bump stop that can be incorporated (everything with the rail for the horizontal traversing appears to be as intended).

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

Hey chris, I am having the same issue, and was wondering if you found a fix?
