I am looking for some one who can do 3d printing FEP of a small model in conical shape( sTL file attached). FEP filament can be supplied by me if needed.
Almost all person I contacted are not willing to 3d print this material as it requires a fume extractor unit to be attached to 3D printer for safety reason. Anyone having a fume hood may be able to do it. Other issue is the nozzle temperature has to be 320 degree Celcius and bed temperature to be 140 C, as per filament manufacturer.
Willing to spend extra bucks for able manufacturer.

No, I am located in USA but the item has to be shipped to India. Did you read my requirement? Its FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene propylene). fumes are toxic to human. You need to have a fume extractor attached to your 3d printer. Nozzle temperature has to be greater than 320 C, bed temperature 140C. please see this website about the material.
Also my upgraded design has a larger base of 210 mm instead of 60mm. Let me know if you have the capability

Hello I might be able to help you with this as I have printed pvdf and fep is about the same I don’t have the fep Filament tho but I could do it in pvdf if interested if not you could supply the fep. I also have the capability of going to the size required as well
