Hi I have had a 3D-printer for about 3 years and everything worked fine with the first two rolls of filament. My first roll was provided by the manufacturer of my 3D-printer so I can’t really provide you with any specifications about this filament all I can tell is that it worked great. . I ordered my second roll on Amazon https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B016YJ1LW6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1 which also worked fine it maybe wasn’t as good in bridging but still no major problems. After this roll was finished I bought this roll https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01MPXNS4F/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I have had some issues with it. The first ten layers worked just fine but after that the print looks like in the picture provided below. After a quick google troubleshoot, to me the problem looked like under extrusion so I adjusted my slicer setting but that didn’t help so I watched the print to the point where the printer stopped providing enough material. At this point I noticed the stepper motor had a hard time pushing the filament through the tube so I stopped the print and tried pushing it through myself but I was barley able to get anything through I pulled the filament back a bit and then pushed again and the filament went through like nothing happened. I tried this a few times and it was always the same. I also swapped out my nozzle and switched form 0,2 to 0,4 .My slicer temperature is Bed 38°C and Nozzle 210°C.

I don’t know how to fix this problem and I am very thankful for any help.(Sorry for any broken english)

After looking at the picture and seeing what you posted about temps, I think you may be running into an overheating problem. I normally run PLA between 190-200 with a bed temp of 55-60. Try lowering your temp. Also, here is a great article by Simplify 3D that may help you with this and other problems.
