Btw, got some tricks and tips to scan someone ? To have the whole body, should the person rotate or should the scanner move ? It’d be nice to have some advice from some experienced people before I try scanning people :slight_smile:

Hi Julie,

here some tipps:

1. Buy a 3D Scanner like this one (sus Xtion Pro Livesus Xtion Pro Livesus Xtion Pro LiveAsus Xtion Pro Live, kinect, …) around 120 Euro

2. Download a software like skanect (http://skanect.occipital.com/) free version, pro 99 Euro

3. Start scanning :slight_smile:

4. Tipps and Tricks: For the beginning: Rotate the Scanner, not the person, because the scanner can’t scan the whole body directly, so you have to move the scanner in different areas of the body.
