My Dremel IdeaBuilder 3D20 has been working fine for a while now, but this time when I went to start a print it didn’t work. I tapped the “Print from SD Card Icon” but the screen instantly went dark and the software restarted. I checked the SD card files on my computer and they were all fine, but the printer just would not work. Each time it did the same thing. The internal memory files worked fine, and nothing seemed to be loose on the internals.
